Frequently Asked Questions

Will the background cover my text?

No, the color is added as a background layer. Your text and images remain visible on top of the new color.

Does this work on scanned documents?

It works best on digital PDFs. For scanned documents (which are images), the background change might not be visible if the scan has a white background.

Can I print these documents?

Yes, but be creating a background uses more ink. It is often best to keep a white version for printing and a colored version for screen viewing.

Can I use a custom hex color?

Yes, you can enter any valid HEX color code to get the exact shade you require.
